Ronald W. Welsh, 75, Adamsville, died at 11:48 P.M. on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. He was born November 11, 1942 in Zanesville, a son of the late Herbert Tanner and Esther Bonifield Welsh. Ron was a farmer and member of the Timber Run Grange, the Farm Bureau and Muskingum Livestock Association. He was a legal Professional Guardian and a member of the National and Ohio Guardianship Association. Ron was a faithful member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, the Muskingum County Republican Club and the Muskingum County Township Trustee's Association. Surviving are two sisters-in-law, Roberta "Bobbie" Saunders and Veta Welsh both of Zanesville; close neighbors, Brian (Debbie) Babcock and family; and several cousins in the Pittsburgh area. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Grayce L. Welsh, whom died July 28, 2018; a son, Andrew Carl Welsh; a brother, Stephen Welsh; and father and mother-in-law, Tom and Lucille Saunders. Ron will be laid to rest next to Grayce at New Hope Cemetery, Adamsville.
