Ronald D. Williams

Ronald D. Williams, 64, of Zanesville, died at 4:58 A.M. on Thursday, November 14, 2013, at Emeritus at North Hills. He was born January 30, 1949, in Muskingum County, a son of the late Richard D. and Ruth Evans Williams. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a farmer, and had worked as a Press Operator for General Electric. Surviving are a son Chris (Laurinda) Williams of Zanesville; four grandchildren, Christian Williams of South Zanesville, Taylor Williams, Hunter Williams, and Austin Williams, all of Zanesville; a sister Janet Butler of Adamsville; and two nephews Rick Butler of Adamsville and Troy Butler of Granville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Kent Williams. Friends and family may call from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 16, 2013, at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, November 17, 2013, at New Hope Cemetery, Adamsville, with Pastor Jim Williams officiating, and with military honors being presented by VFW George Selsam Post #1058.
