Ruby Mae German, 81, of Zanesville, died at 3:05 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born August 5, 1929, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late David Williams and Alma Powell Struble Williams. She retired as a packer for Brockway Glass. She was a member of the Putnam Presbyterian Church, Eagles Lodge #302 Ladies Auxiliary , VFW George Selsam Post #1058 Auxiliary, and the Brockway Ladies Retiree Bowling League. Surviving are a daughter, Regina Jones of Zanesville; three sons, Donald R. (Twyla) Jenkins of Florida, Dwayne (Shirley) Jenkins, and Ronnie Jenkins Sr. all of Zanesville; two step daughter, Deanne German of California and Kathy McCaslin of Zanesville; a step-son, Daniel (Cheri) German; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; 6 step grandchildren; and 12 step great grandchildren; three half sisters, Audrey Trimble of Texas, Mary L. (Dale) Richards of Arizona and Juanita (Edward) Kramer of Florida; and three half brothers, David Williams of Texas, Bill Williams and John (Lori) Williams, both of Blue Rock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry O. Jenkins; second husband, Donald McCaslin; third husband, Donald E. German; a son, Rodney T. Jenkins; and a sister, JoAnn Denton. Friends may call 2-4 & 6- 8 p.m. Sunday, December 19, 2010 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 20, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Herb Perry officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville, Ohio.
