Russell Thomas Bush

Russell Thomas "Tom" Bush, 74, of Zanesville died at 8:40 a.m. Sunday, May 1, 2005 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. He was born October 28, 1930 in Zanesville a son of the late Roy L. And Helen E. Wilson Bush. He retired in 1990 from Armco Steel after 37 years of service. He was a U.S. Army Veteran .Tom was an avid golfer and sports fan. Surviving are a daughter, Susan L. Bush (Rick) Lloyd , a son, Donald E. (Vickie) Bush, a sister, Margaret (Jerry) Wyatt all of Zanesville, five grandchildren, Crystal & Bryan Lloyd, Britton, Brandon and Briana Bush and his favorite companion Yorkie pet, Mitzy. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alma M. White Bush, who died in 1994 and four brothers, Richard, Wilson, Ray and Jim Bush. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Bullock officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. VFW George Selsam Post 1058 will hold full military rites at the grave.
