Ruth E. Patrick

Ruth E. Patrick, age 86, of 1450 W. Main St., Newark, Ohio, died at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, March 20, 2005 at the Flint Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Newark Ohio. She was born February 27, 1919 in Zanesville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Hugh D. And Vera B. Andrews Williams. Mrs. Patrick was a lifetime resident of Zanesville, a member of the St. Lukes American Lutheran Church and a member of the Order of Eastern Star # 52. Surviving are her son, John M. (Patti) Patrick, of Newark, Ohio, three grandchildren, E. Michael (Dayna) Patrick of Thornville, Troy D. Patrick of Mt Vernon Ohio, and Rodney L. Dillon of Newark , and seven great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George M. Patrick, who died April 22, 1972 and by a sister Betty Beckert. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2005 with the Rev. D. Scott Johnston off iciating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
