Ruth E. Roberts

Ruth E. Roberts, 86, of Zanesville, died at 3:45 P.M. on Monday, March 6, 2017, at Willow Haven Nursing Home, Zanesville. She was born April 23, 1930, in Columbus, daughter of the late Harry and Hazel Mason McCall. She was a homemaker and a longtime farmer raising dairy cows. She is survived by two sons, Roy Roberts, Jr. and Albert (Linda) Roberts; two daughters, Jane (Rick) Tevis and Karen Drumm; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a brother, Alvin Eugene (Judy) McCall; and two sisters, Margaret Overstake and Lois Sare. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Roberts, Sr. who died March 5, 1993; a great-grandson, Dalton Roberts; two daughter-in-laws, Ronda Lou Roberts and Peggy Roberts; four sisters, Jane Altevogot, Alvetta Hunter, Mildred Woodall, and Donna Kelly; and a brother, Larry McCall.
