Shane C. Halley, 53, of Zanesville, died at 5:00 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009 at his home. He was born September 10, 1955, in Zanesville, a son of Wanda Spencer Halley Grant of Roseville and the late John W. Halley. He was a employed as a driver for RM Neff Mail Delivery and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Surviving are his mother, Wanda (Robert) Grant of Roseville; his loving wife Teresa King Halley whom he married June 14, 1975 of the home; a daughter, Tara Halley of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Tasia, Cory, and Madison; two sisters, Charmaine (Paul) Darbutt of Fairfield, Ill., Jody (Randy) Wilson of Blue Rock; a brother, Terry (Rebecca) Halley of Blue Rock; a step-mother, Hilda Halley of Zanesville; mother-in-law, Thelma King of Nashport; special friends, Mark (Cindy) Lincicome of Blue Rock and Jonathon Swartz of Zanesville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Shawn C. Halley and his father-in-law, Dave King. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2009 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Charles Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
