Shane W. Mohler, 37, died at 2:27 P.M. on Sunday, October 29, 2017. at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. He was born March 23, 1980, in Zanesville, to Cheryl Mohler Murrey and the late Keith Barnhart. He worked at Olde Village Meats, Frazeysburg in the processing department. Shane was a member of the Frazeysburg Fire Department formerly Washington Township Fire Department, was a member of Adamsville Mixed Cloverleaf 4-H, and loved spending time with his wife, children, and fire department family. He is survived by his mother and step-father David and Cheryl Murrey; his wife, Tiffany McClellan Mohler, of the home, whom he married October 27, 2012; a son, Chance Mohler; four daughters, Kaelyn, Kaci, Ariana, and Kira Moher; a brother, Ryan Murrey; a step-brother, Jamie Parr; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gwendolyn Robinson. Friends and family may call from 2:00 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 2, 2017, with Mr. William L. Meaige officiating. He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery, Sonora.
