Sharon Ann (Romine) Collins, 57, of Zanesville, died Monday, August 3, 2009 at her residence. She was born September 9, 1951, in Advent, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Charles R. and Oleta F. (Good) Romine. She retired from the City of Manassas, Virginia as an auditor, was an avid computer whiz and cook. Surviving are two sons, Gregory Collins and Michael Collins, both of Manassas, Virginia; a sister, Karen (Patrick) Burkhart of Zanesville; two brothers, Gerald E. Romine and Glenn R. (Marilyn) Romine, both of Zanesville; special nieces and nephews, Brittany Burkhart, Kristopher Burkhart, Lisa (Andrew) Bennett, Steven Romine, Jason Romine, Kristy Romine and Diana Capplinger; and a special friend, Eva (Romine) Spergin. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Julie Ann Romine. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2009, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Stephen J. Harrop officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
