Sharon K. Howell Glaub, 72, of Zanesville, died on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at her home. She was born November 4, 1949 in Shawnee, a daughter of the late Glenwood and Elizabeth Fink Howell. Sharon was a homemaker, owner of a ceramic business, a cake decorator and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. She also did puzzles, enjoyed reading, volunteering at the schools but especially loved her family.
Surviving are two sons, Russell A. Glaub and Scott E. (Stacie) Glaub; a daughter, Michelle E. Glaub; eight grandchildren, Alexa, Hayden, Ian, Andrew, Adalyn, Hallie, Bri and Haden; four great grandchildren, Novah, Mylah, Kaisen and Nylah; a brother, Ronald (Marjorie) Howell; four sisters, Mary Lou Minosky, Janet Howell, Wilma Finck and Glenna (Bob) Gladman; brother-in-law, Francis Metzger Jr. and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell E. Glaub, Jr. who died December 11, 2016; a son, Randall Glaub, a brother, Merlin Howell, a sister, Monica Metzger; a sister-in-law, Kay Howell and a niece, Diane Howell.
Friends and family may call from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2:00 P.M. FRIDAY, November 26, 2021 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 925 Main Street, Zanesville with Fr. Martin Ralko officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Russell at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Zanesville.
