Shirley Ann Brown, born in Tallmadge on February 27, 1944, passed away on September 2 after a long illness.   Shirley spent her early years in Tallmadge and raised her family in Akron.   Later in life, she and her husband retired at Piedmont Lake.   She is survived by her husband, Robert Brown; children, Kimberly Lamtman, Kenneth (Fritz) Kutscher, Ernie Weaver, and Russ Brown; grandchildren, Jason Lamtman, Brian Lamtman, Anthony Kutscher, and Melinda Kutscher; and great grandchildren, Trenton, Mackenzie, Abigail, Lily, Lyla, and Chole.   The family will be holding a private celebration of life.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Shirley’s name to World Central Kitchen.

Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Crematory, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville entrusted with arrangements.
