Shirley D. (Raine) Clark

Shirley D. Clark, 82, of Zanesville, died at 10:15 A.M. on Thursday, April 25, 2013, in Zanesville. She was born June 9, 1930, in Nelsonville, Ohio, to the late Austin Paul Raine and Emma Lucile "Tillie" Johnson Eichelberger, the only daughter in a family of five brothers and step brothers. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Mala (Bill) Beck of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Leila (James), Sean, and Kendra (Derek); seven great grandchildren, Briana, Gunner, Malaina, Jaxon, Geiger, Gatlin, and Gracelin; and a great great granddaughter expected July 4. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Lisle M. Clark, who died September 24, 2012, and whom she married April 19, 1952; and her step father Elden L. Eichelberger. Friends and family may call from 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, with Rev. Stephen Harrop officiating. A private burial will take place following the service at Greenlawn Cemetery, Columbus.
