Shirley A. Harrison, 80, of Zanesville, died at 8:27 P.M. on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, with her family by her side. She was born September 13, 1935, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Ralph and Edna Kay Steed. She was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church, and was active in the American Legion, VFW, Lady Elks, and Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her daughter Pam Moore of Columbus; sister Donna (Keith) Herron of Zanesville; brother Bob (Karla) Steed of East Fultonham; step children, Ronald (Cindy) Harrison Jr. of Zanesville, Kathy Claypool of Crooksville, Debbie (Nick) Fosco of Columbus, and Ryan (Kim) Harrison of Somerset; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; special friend Patty Winters; and many other close friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Harrison Sr.; and her son Michael Moore. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 5, 2016, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Pastor Justin Williams officiating. She will be entombed at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
