Shirley M. (Agin) Hill

Shirley M. Hill, 80, of Zanesville died at 1:15 A.M. Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Adams Lane Care Center. She was born June 1, 1933, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Roy E. and Mary Toland Agin. Shirley retired from Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital as an LPN. She was a Presbyterian by faith and a member of the VFW George Selsam Post 1058-Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are a daughter, Sandra K. (Bill) Forker of Zanesville; three sons, William (Donna) Hill and Steven (LA) Hill both of Zanesville and Kevin (Pam) Hill of New Concord; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; a daughter-in-law LuAnn Hill of New Concord; a sister, Diane Staley of Zanesville; and a brother, William Agin of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon C. Hill who died April 7, 2005; a son, Timothy J. Hill; a brother, Roy H. Agin and a sister, Freda Hupp. Friends and family may call from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the funeral home with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park.
