Skippey R. Wakeley

Skippey R. Wakeley, 43, of Adamsville, died at 7:05 A.M. on Sunday, November 25, 2018, at his home. He was born February 12, 1975, in Zanesville, a son of the late James R. and Shirley R. Robbins Wakeley, Sr. He was a supervisor at Nestle Purina Pet Care Company. Skip was hard working, loving, and a caring husband and father. He would do anything for his children, grandchild, family, and friends. When you were in a room with him he radiated love and warmth. His stories about his family and friends always livened up a conversation. He will be missed by many and forever be in the hearts of his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Alaina (Clark) Wakeley whom he married March 3, 2018; two children, Dalton and Taylor R. Wakeley; a step-son, Jesse Grundy; a step-daughter, Amanda Richards; a granddaughter, Mashayla Marple; siblings, James R. Wakeley, Jr. and Kimberley Wakeley; many nieces and nephews; and his best friend David Deem. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Tammey Wakeley.
