Stephen "Steve" J. Knowlden

Stephen J. Knowlden, 70, of Zanesville, died at 8:54 A.M. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room.  He was born September 9, 1953, in Zanesville, a son of the late Eldean W. and Doris E. (Geyer) Knowlden.  Steve was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He retired after 25 years with the City of Zanesville Sewer Department.

He is survived by a son, Ryan Knowlden; five brothers, Dean, Dan, Jeff, Wayne and Howard; two sisters, Becky and Adele; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Janice.

A caring cremation will take place under the direction of the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with no services to be held at this time
