Sue R Leckrone

 Sue R. Leckrone, 95, of Zanesville, died at 2:15 P.M. on Friday, February 14, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 5, 1930, in Roseville, a daughter of Perry and Leone (Coble) Robison. Sue was employed at Essex Wire for 16 years, Custom Oil and Economy Linen. She enjoyed sitting outside on her deck and spending time and laughing with her family.

Sue is survived by her two sons, John W. (Pam) Leckrone and Thomas Eugene Leckrone; three grandchildren, Bobby, Sherrie, and Tiffany, four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jane Henning and Mary Anne (Sam) Blagg, a brother Roger Robison; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sue is preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Leckrone; who passed away on June 30, 2003; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Leckrone; a sister, Margie Brown; three brothers, David Robison, Corwin Robison and Jack Robison; and a granddaughter, Shasta.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Sue’s caregiver and family friend, Christy Watson and to Ohio Hospice for the excellent care and comfort provided to the family.

A cremation will take place under the direction of the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
