Velma J. Harker

Velma J. Harker, 69, of Mount Perry, died at 10:01 A.M. on Friday, March 3, 2017, at Genesis Hospital. She was born April 19, 1947 in Hellier Kentucky to the late George and Dixie Gunnels. She was a homemaker and a member of New Lexington Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of fifty one years, Ronell Harker; three children, Ruth Ann Roper, George (Lisa) Harker and Douglas Harker; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Hopkins. A Cremation-With-Care will take place and a Memorial Service will held Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at New Lexington Baptist Church, 890 South Main Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
