Wendy S (Haines) Johnson

Wendy S. Johnson, 43, of Zanesville, died at 9:33 p.m. on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on July 16, 1969 in Zanesville, a daughter of Bernice Harper Haines of Zanesville, and the late William Haines. Wendy worked as a screen printer for Fine-Line Imprints. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Adam E. Johnson, whom she married September 10, 2005; a daughter, Alexa (Jason) Flowers of Zanesville; a son, Jonathon (Tara) Swartz of Zanesville; two brothers, Harry (Barbara) Fluhart of Columbus and Bill (Claudia) Fluhart of Dayton; three sisters, Vickie Chippione of Zanesville, Melody Zurdo of Worthington, and Teresa Smith of Zanesville; her maternal grandmother, Lucille Harper of Zanesville; and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012 at the funeral home, with Mr. Donald Watts officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her father at St. Paul Cemetery at a later date.
