William "Bill" Frank Kelley

William Frank “Bill” Kelley, 88, of Canal Winchester, died at 3:29 P.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Pickerington Methodist Hospital. He was born April 24, 1936, in Graysville, Ohio. A son of the late Frank E. and May M. (Merrin) Kelley. Bill proudly served our country as a veteran of the United States Army and graduated from Marietta College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He worked for Ohio State Grange Mutual Company as an insurance executive. He was a member of the Broad Street Presbyterian Church and also a member of the Band of Brothers- Veterans group.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Donna L. (Vandenbark) Kelley, whom he married on September 2, 1962; two daughters, Leitsa A. (Jeff) McGuire, and Lori L. (Kelly) McClellan; a son, Todd W. (Sey Lau) Kelley; five grandchildren, Mitchell McGuire, Bryce McGuire, Mason McClellan, Sarah Kelley, and Anna Kelley; brother-in-law, Dale (Kay) Vandenbark; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a grandchild, Ryan McGuire; and a sister, Jean Kelley.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Broad Street Presbyterian Church, 760 E. Broad Street, Columbus OH, 43205. A private burial will take place at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, with full Military Honors accorded to him through United States Army in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058. All arrangements have been entrusted to the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Broad Street Presbyterian Church Food Pantry, 760 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43205.
