William K. Fox, 94, of Zanesville, died at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2007 in Zanesville. Mr. Fox was born January 4, 1913, in Kent, Ohio, the son of the late Frank L. And Helen I. Lemon Fox Jr. Bill was a chemist for Brockway Glass Co. retiring in 1977. He was proud of the fact that he worked for five different companies but never changed jobs. Mr. Fox was a longtime member of the Central Trinity United Methodist Church, a member of the Men's Transport Corp at Bethesda Hospital and a graduate of Lash High School, Class of 1930. Surviving are his wife, Thelma L. Risen Fox, whom he married Dec. 23, 1933, of the home; one sister, Mrs. Frank (Winifred) Morosco of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Warren K (Julia) Fox, Clark L. (Diane) Fox and Jonathan D. Fox; two great grandchildren, Olivia Fox and Annalise Fox; several nieces & nephews; a brother in-law, Robert Risen of Logan, Ohio and a daughter in-law, Janet Fox of Columbus, Ohio. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Donald K. Fox, who died September 9, 1996; by one sister, Ruth Eloise Micka and one brother Donald E. Fox. Friends may call 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday February 28, 2007 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday March 1, 2007 at the funeral home with the Rev. Tom England officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park. The family request in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Trinity United Methodist Church, Zanesville, Ohio.
