William J. Wiseman

William J. Wiseman, 77, of Zanesville, died at 11:18 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2006 at Bethesda Hospital. He was born May 14, 1929 in New Lexington, Ohio a son of the late William M. And Martha M. Paxson Wiseman. He retired from Wendy's New Bakery as a truck driver in 1995, was a World War II Army Veteran, a Korean Conflict Air Force Veteran, member of VFW George Selsam Post 1058, American Legion Post 29, avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan, enjoyed watching sporting events of his grandchildren, hunting and having coffee with his friends every morning. Surviving are his loving wife, Mary Lou Martin Wiseman, whom he married August 14, 1952, of the home; four daughters, Pamela Mox of Zanesville, Jean Foshee of Nashport, Velvet Fink of Roseville and Sharon (Doug) Finnell of Nashport; nine grandchildren, Laura (Heath) Williams of McConnelsville, Brian (Barb) Mox of Delaware, Ohio, Steven Mox of Nashport, Amanda (Tim) Butcher of Zanesville, Adam (Taylor) Foshee of Nashport, Dustin Foshee of Nashport, Josh Garrett of Newark, Jacob Fink and Justin Fink, both of Zanesville; six great grandchildren, Kelsey, Kenzie, Landon, Kaden, Roudy and Jacy; a sister, Charlotte Bregnand of Zanesville and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday, November 20, 2006 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at the funeral home with Mr. Danny Harp officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park. VFW George Selsam Post 1058 will hold full military rites at the grave.
